China Import and Export Fair, also known as Canton Fair, is established in 1957. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of PRC and the People's Government of Guangdong Province and organized by China Foreign Trade, it is held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou, China. Canton Fair is a comprehensive international trading event with the longest history, the largest scale, the most complete exhibit variety, the largest buyer attendance, the broadest distribution of buyers' source country, and the greatest business turnover in China.
In 2020, against the raging global pandemic of coronavirus and severely battered global trade, Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co, Ltd takes its first try into the online live shows as a newbie.

Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co, Ltd is taken part to demonstrate its products on an online platform for its very first time, where most of the staff are inexperienced in this field. Besides, we only have about a half month to prepare for this online fair. Therefore, we have to start from sketch without any wasting of time, and we have fun and learn lots of extra knowledge from these 10 days.
Logistic Preparing
Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co., Ltd has a group of professional sales team who went for an online course, did researches, and gathered more information, to make the fair goes on successfully and perfectly.
As Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co, Ltd is new to the live show we are getting ready before the actual day comes. Even our procurement manager has stepped in and helped to iron the background.
Self-Learning to prepare for Canton Fair Online
On Oct 15th, we were all ready to go on Live! In addition, like Chinese tradition, a red-packet was issued to everyone to represent an auspicious start. Despite we have faced some technical issues due to the collapse of the Canton Fair Online Website on the first day of opening, however, we still managed to enter and present our Life to reach our business partners at each corner of the world, with an internet connection.
When close to the actual date, all the staff has started to rehearse his/her script, everyone was excited and nervous-looking forward to the coming live show.
Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co., Ltd has an elite team, who not just speaking English but also Japanese, Spanish and Russian, etc. Our Live webcasting had been presented in multiple languages to describe our products to different customers from different backgrounds.
Speech by CEO, Eric Liu
CEO, Mr. Eric Liu from Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co, Ltd has given a speech during the opening and closing of the 128th Canton Fair Online. He has been felt honored that can be on a live show to make friends from all over the world, with the advanced technology provided, compared to last ages. Mr. Eric Liu has spent most of his time in the company, and put all his energy into his business, he also shared that he felt sorry for his family where he does not have much time to spend with them.
Mr. Eric Liu may not know English well, but he is confident to share his secret of success with all the people during Live. Of course, we have assisted to add in subtitles during the rebroadcast.
Closing Ceremony
Although this is the first time Xiamen XinFengYuan Industry Co, Ltd joins the online fair, but we have so much fun and learning throughout these 10 days. Long-life learning, as always said by the wise. We believe that we will be better and keep on improving next round of the fair. Of course, this fair can be successful and end smoothly, must thank all the departments and staffs cooperation, oh of course, and support from our boss Mr. Eric Liu.
